Buying in different currencies

If you are buying in Pound Sterling, Yen, Euro or any other currency, your credit card company will automatically convert the US Dollar price, as quoted on this site, to your local currency.

Money orders and checks 

Due to time delays, high costs and problems experienced, we however do not take orders via mail order using money orders, or personal or company checks.

Wiring / transferring money

Money can be wired to us, and our bank details are available by clicking here. When wiring money for your order, please e-mail us to give us all your details, delivery address and items required. If you do not operate a credit card, this is the only option available to order from us.

Secure on-line shopping

To increase security and to protect your credit card, the firm Americart, which use 128 bit encrypted technology, operates our on-line shopping cart. Their Americart website is also verified by VeriSign.

Credit card verification number

To further prevent any problems, the cardholder must have the card in his or her possession, since our processing requires the CCV (also called a CVV number). The CCV number is a 3-digit non-raised number printed on the back of the credit card - in the right hand corner of the signature strip. Amex card CCV numbers are 4-digits long and are on the front of the card.

We, like all security conscious sites, now require you to supply a CCV number when placing an order, as the credit card needs to be in the possession of the person placing the order. People use their credit cards daily, and the credit card number, expiry date and billing name may be imprinted or electronically read by several companies and people during the course of one day, making it easy for anyone to use this information.

Processing of orders

The price in US dollar, as listed on each product page, includes postage and packaging to all destinations in the world - so it doesn't matter if you are ordering from Lagos, Lima or Liverpool - the US dollar price covers postage and packaging as well.

1. Order taking is operational via our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and a confirmation e-mail is sent to clients after making a purchase from our web site.

2. When receiving the orders via our secure on-line Americart service or via fax, they are submitted to our merchant company for approval and verification.

3. Your credit card will be billed as "Sallamander Concepts" - our holding company - and no reference is made to www.anytestkits.com nor to Sanitoets, which is our registered corporation name.

4. As soon as the billing processing is completed the order is packed and ready to go.

5. Should an item be out of stock, we will e-mail you, giving you the option to cancel the order, or to wait a few days until in stock again. (Please use a valid e-mail address)

6. Parcels are posted via London, UK, with Royal Mail's 1^st class mail to all destinations in the world.

7. Delivery time is about 12-15 days, depending on your local postal delivery service, yet most clients report a far quicker delivery time, except in remote countries.

8. Until an orders is posted it can be cancelled, but once posted we cannot cancel on order, nor can we remove the parcel from the mail system, as that contravenes postal regulations.

Shipment of our test kits

• All parcels are sent out in plain brown padded mailing bags.

• No external markings are displayed on what type of assay device is included, and we simply list contents as "test kits" or "analysis cassette" on the documentation.

• Our mailing labels only list our holding company's name and address - Sallamander Concepts, Box 14007, Hatfield, 0028 RSA.

• All test kits are mailed via Royal Mail in Britain and only 1^st class mail is used. This service has proven itself extremely reliable over a period of eight years, and very few problems are experienced.

• Should you however have a delivery query kindly mail us.

• Mailing is done according to international regulations and all required certification and documentation is attached to each mail item.

• All our test kits comply with health standards, although some countries may not allow their entry into that particular country, based on local religious, legal or cultural restriction.

• For this reason we are not responsible for customs clearance, although customs documentation accompanies each mail item. Should any local taxes be payable, if any, as what may be determined by each country, is payable by the addressee, and is not for our account.
